God provides

It is a cold chilly day here in NC.  I thank my God for His provisions of a warm home with plenty of food.  He is so wonderful towards me, His child.  My thoughts and prayers are with those who are not in a warm home and/or are hungry.

I wanted to bring everyone up to date on what's happening.

Let's see: The Hepatitis A & B shot has 3 shots to the series. I went to the Hendersonville Health Dept. and received the first of the three. It was realitively easy! Went in, signed some paperwork, paid, sat down and was immediately called in. The nurse did an excellent job of sticking me with the needle. I didn't feel a thing UNTIL the shot was injected into my body... OWWWEEE !  The nurse and I had a laugh over that... because I was just beginning to tell her what a great job she did NOT hurting me.. haha  I go back Dec. 29 for shot #2.
My passport has been updated. That went real smoothly also.. Praise God.

I've been looking at the Rosetta Stone spanish course, I have heard good reviews from people I know plus read some on testamonials on their facebook page.  I believe Spanish will benefit me in Guatemala and in general.  My mom and dad sent birthday and Christmas money, plus I recevied a bonus check from work, together they just about cover the cost of the Rosetta Stone spanish program. So that is my present to myself this year (from God) :-)

I also am THANKFUL to God for my daughter, and the blessings of her 3 sons, my grandsons.
I've been wrapping Christmas gifts to them in preparation to mail tomarrow.  (God is so good to provide to me, that I may give gifts to them)

Thank you all for following along and most of all, for your prayers.

"To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen"  2 Peter 3:18 (in part)
